1. 기존의 seperation coding scheme과 다른 joint source-channel coding을 제안한 Deep learning based JSCC(DeepJSCC)는 AWGN와 Rayleigh flat fading channel 환경 하에서 seperation coding scheme을 outperform하였다.
2. 더욱 practical 한 condition, 그중에서도 multipath fading channels에서 작동할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제안하기 위해, DeepJSCC에 OFDM와 Signal Clipping을 도입했다. Decoder은 2가지 방식으로 나뉘는데 각각 BlackBox구조인 IMPLICIT과 Domain knowledge를 이용한 EXPLICIT이다.
3. PSNR, SSIM의 metric에 대해 channel noise의 변화에도 robustness를 보였으며, traditional seperate scheme을 outperform했다.
